Influence of Technological Factors on the Laying of Fabric Lays in the Process of Cutting of Men‘s Suits

Abstract

In the paper the influence of tecnological factors on the laying of fabric lays in the process of cutting of men‘s suits is investigated. The influence of the change of fabric roll of cloths during the laying of fabric lays is determined, as wel las the elimination of the faults in fabric lays and the influence of stoppage of fabric folder on the time of laying of fabric lays. The effect of these factors has been determined by direct measurement of basic times of laying of fabric lays and by measurement of the times of technological conditions during the laying. By the evaluation of the results obtained, the influence of some technological conditions on the process of laying of fabric lays could be determined. The average share of time of the investigated tecnological conditions necessary for the laying of fabric lays amounts up to 19.65 to 22.73 %. The highest share of time of technological conditions for the laying of lays was determined for the cutting order Cl due to frequent changes of short fabric rolls; its value amounts up to 29.17 %. The share of time of technological conditions of the laying of lays in the cutting layers is various and less in the layer with a greater amount of lays.
