Analysis of tensile parameters of cotton woven fabrics in different weaves

Certain mechanical parameters of cotton yarn before weaving, thread bundle before weaving, fabric in different weaves and thread bundle after weaving were analyzed. The tests were performed in the warp and weft direction. Weaving conditions of different weaves did not change, they were woven from the same warp with the same weft density in two different warp densities. The test conditions of the yarn, fabric and thread bundle on the strength tester were equal. According to the results obtained it is observable that the yarn properties and fabric weave affect mechanical fabric properties. The impact of weave is noticeable in the test results of breaking force and elongation at break of the fabric and fabric thread bundle.Downloads
